Abstract

Kecerdasaan logika matematika merupakan suatu hal yang penting dikembangkan pada anak, kecerdasaan ini berkaitan tentang perhitungan, dan penalaran, yang fungsinya membantu anak dalam pemecahan masalah di kehidupan sehari-hari anak. Oleh sebab itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji mengenai cara meningkatkan kecerdasaan logika matematika melalui media kantong berhitung. Subek penelitian ini yaitu anak usia 5 tahun di kelas anggur Tk Ummi Erni yang terdiri dari 10 anak laki-laki dan 10 anak perempuan. Jenis penelitian tindakan kelas yang dituangkan dalam data kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kecerdasaan logika matematika anak yaitu meningkat sebanyak 90% dengan kategori BSB. Hal ini membuktikan adanya peningkatan hasil pembelajaran dalam beberapa kategori yang berkaitan tentang kecerdasaan matematika seprti dalam hal mengenal, menyebutkan, menghitung dan menjumlahkan angka.
