Pengaruh Manajemen Kelas dan Tingkat Kemandirian Terhadap Pengelolaan Emosi pada Anak Usia Dini
The Influence of Classroom Management and Level of Independence on Emotional Management in Early Childhood

The purpose of this study was to measure the effect of classroom management and independence on emotional management in early childhood. This research is categorized as explanatory research, namely research that aims to explain the causal relationship between variables through hypothesis testing. The population in this study were kindergarten teachers in 4 sub-districts in Magelang Regency, to be precise, Mungkid, Mertoyudan, Salaman and Sawangan Districts. The total number of teachers in the 4 districts is 248 people. The sample in this study amounted to 53 people. Research variables in path analysis are divided into independent variables (Independent Variable) and dependent variables (Dependent Variable). The results showed that in total there was no significant and positive effect of classroom management on early childhood emotional management with a P-Value of 0.137 > 0.05. The following results show that in total there is a significant influence and a positive value of independence on the management of early childhood emotions with a P-Value of 0.000 <0.05. The third result shows that in total there is a significant and positive value effect on class management and independence together on managing early childhood emotions with an R2 of 0.728.
ABSTRAK
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengukur pengaruh manajemen kelas dan kemandirian terhadap pengelolaan emosi anak usia dini. Penelitian ini dikategorikan sebagai explanatory research, yaitu penelitian yang bertujuan menjelaskan hubungan kausal antara variabel-variabel melalui pengujian hipotesis. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah guru Taman Kanak-kanak di 4 Kecamatan di Kabupaten Magelang, tepatnya Kecamatan Mungkid, Mertoyudan, Salaman dan Sawangan . Total Jumlah guru di 4 kecamatan tersebut sebanyak 248 orang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 53 orang. Variabel penelitian dalam analisis jalur dibagi menjadi variabel bebas (Independent Variable) dan variabel terikat (Dependent Variable). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara total tidak ada pengaruh yang signifikan dan bernilai positif manajemen kelas terhadap pengelolaan emosi anak usia dini dengan nilai P-Value 0,137 > 0,05. 2. Hasil berikutnya menunjukkan bahwa secara total terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dan bernilai positif kemandirian terhadap pengelolaan emosi anak usia dini dengan nilai P-Value 0,000 < 0,05. Hasil yang ketiga menunjukkan bahwa secara total terdapat pengaruh yang cukup signifikan dan bernilai positif manajemen kelas dan kemandirian secara bersama terhadap pengelolaan emosi anak usia dini dengan R2 sebesar 0,728.
