Creativity is an essential aspect of early childhood development that needs to be stimulated through learning activities aligned with children’s characteristics and experiences. Children learn most effectively when they are actively involved in enjoyable activities that relate to their daily lives. One learning medium that can be utilized for this purpose is fashion, particularly through the exploration of motifs and colors, which allows children to express their ideas freely. This study aims to explore the role of motifs and colors in fashion as a medium for stimulating creativity in early childhood. The research employed a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The research subjects were children aged 4–6 years who participated in educational fashion activities. Data were collected through direct observation of children’s activities, interviews with teachers, and documentation of the children’s creative works produced during the learning process. The findings indicate that exploring motifs and colors in fashion effectively stimulates children’s creativity. This is reflected in the children’s ability to express ideas, select and combine colors, and create simple patterns and shapes based on their imagination. In addition, these activities also support the development of fine motor skills and enhance children’s self-confidence when presenting and explaining their work.Based on these findings, the study concludes that fashion, through the exploration of motifs and colors, can be used as an effective and enjoyable creative learning medium for early childhood education. This approach not only fosters creativity but also provides meaningful learning experiences that are appropriate to children’s developmental stages.
