Penerapan Pola Managemen Planning Organizing Actuating Controlling di KB Bina Prestasi Penusupan Tegal

Latar belakang penelitian ini bermula dari keistimewaan KB Bina Prestasi Penusupan Tegal. Keistimewaan tersebut antara lain guru yang membimbing masih belum memenuhi standar kualifikasi akademik seperti lulusan Diploma IV atau S1 namun mempunyai siswa yang berprestasi, serta orang tua dan masyarakat sekitar yang selalu mendukung keberadaan lembaga. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis penerapan fungsi manajemen di KB Bina Restasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara mendalam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan pola manajemen planning organizing actuating dan controlling di KB Bina Prestasi berjalan dengan baik pada fungsi planning dengan adanya komunikasi tentang visi misi yang sudah sesuai dengan standar yang ditetapkan oleh lembaga. Fungsi organizing dilaksanakan dengan memberikan delegasi wewenang, menjalankan kegiatan pembelajaran sesuai dengan standar yang telah ditentukan. Penerapan fungsi actuating masih kurang optimal karena para pendidik berasal dari latar belakang pendidikan yang belum memenuhi standar, sehingga belum dapat tercipta kualitas pembelajaran yang optimal dan pengelolaan sistem informasi data pokok pendidikan Fungsi controlling dilaksanakan dengan pemantauan pada kesiapan tenaga pendidik dalam mempersiapkan silabus pembelajaran, pelaksanaan proses pembelajaran di kelas, kegiatan supervisi kepala sekolah dan kegiatan kelompok kerja guru setiap satu bulan.
Abstract
The background of this research stems from the privilege of KB Bina Prestasi Penusupan tegal.These privileges include the teachers who guide them who do not meet academic qualification standards such as Diploma IV or S1 graduates but have outstanding students, as well as parents and the surrounding community who always support the existence of the institution. The purpose of this study was to analyze the application of management functions in KB Bina Retasi. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques through observation, documentation and in-depth interviews. The results showed that the implementation of the management pattern planning organizing actuating and controlling in KB Bina Prestasi went well in the planning function with communication about the vision and mission that was in accordance with the standards set by the institution. The organizing function is carried out by giving delegation of authority, carrying out learning activities according to predetermined standards. The implementation of the actuating function is still not optimal because the educators come from educational backgrounds that do not meet the standards, so that optimal learning quality cannot be created and the management of information systems for basic education data. The controlling function is carried out by monitoring the readiness of educators in preparing the learning syllabus, implementing the process. classroom learning, principal supervision activities and teacher working group activities every month.
