Peningkatan Pengetahuan Anemia pada Remaja Putri melalui Intervensi Video Animasi

ABSTRAK
Latar Belakang Anemia defisiensi besi merupakan salah satu masalah kesehatan yang sering dialami remaja putri. Edukasi yang efektif diperlukan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan mendorong perilaku pencegahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh edukasi dengan media video animasi terhadap pengetahuan anemia pada remaja putri. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian pendekatan Quasi-Experimental Desaign dengan rancangan One Group Pre Test dan Post Test. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 188 remaja putri. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 65 responden. Analisis data menggunakan uji Wilcoxon. Berdasarkan rentang umur, mayoritas direntang usia 12-14 tahun berjumlah 24 orang (12,3%). Berdasarkan data menarche mayoritas berada di umur 12 tahun dengan jumlah 23 orang (35,4%). Berdasarkan data lama menstruasi mayoritas direntang 7 hari berjumlah 32 orang (49,2%). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh antara media video animasi terhadap pengetahuan anemia menggunakan uji Wilcoxon memiliki p-value yaitu 0,000. Kesimpulan pada penelitian ini terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara media video animasi terhadap pengetahuan anemia pada remaja putri di Desa Pamijen.

ABSTRACT
Adolescence is the period between childhood and adulthood, typically between the ages of 10 and 19. Physical and psychological changes mark this transitional phase. Various health issues emerge during adolescence, one of which is anemia. To determine the effect of education using animated video media on anemia knowledge in adolescent girls in Pamijen Village.This quantitative study used a Quasi-Experimental Design with a One Group Pre-Test and Post-Test approach. The population in this study consisted of 188 adolescent girls, with a sample size of 65 respondents. Data analysis was conducted using the Wilcoxon test. Based on age range, most participants were 12-14 years old, totaling 24 individuals (12.3%). Most participants experienced menarche at 12, with 23 individuals (35.4%). Most participants had a menstruation duration of 7 days, totaling 32 individuals (49.2%). The study showed a significant effect of animated video media on anemia knowledge, with a Wilcoxon test p-value of 0.000 (p 0.05). Therefore, it can be concluded that the hypothesis is accepted, indicating that animated video media significantly impacts anemia knowledge in adolescent girls. There is a significant effect of animated video media on anemia knowledge in adolescent girls in Pamijen Village. Keywords: Animated Video, Adolescent Girls' Knowledge, Adolescent Anemia.
