Pengaruh Usia dan Insentif terhadap Kinerja Kader Posyandu di Kabupaten Purworejo

Cadre is one part of the community where voluntarily in the implementation of the posyandu. the success of posyandu in improving the health of mothers, infants, toddlers, and EFA is influenced by the performance of cadres. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of age and incentives on the performance of cadres. The study was conducted on 200 cadres in 25 posyandu in Purworejo Regency and was selected using simple random sampling. This type of research uses observational analytics using cross-sectional techniques. The independent variables are age and incentives. The dependent variable is the performance of cadres. Collecting data using a questionnaire. Data processing used the chi square test with SPSS version 21 application. The results showed that there was a significant effect of age on the performance of cadres with the possibility of performing well 3.35 times. There is a significant effect of getting incentives on the performance of cadres with the possibility of performing well 2.09 times.

Abstrak
Kader salah satu bagian dari masyarakat dimana secara sukarela dalam penyelenggaraan posyandu. keberhasilan posyandu dalam peningkatan kesehatan ibu, bayi, balita, dan PUS dipengaruhi oleh kinerja kader. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini agar diketahuinya pengaruh usia dan insentif terhadap kinerja kader. Penelitian dilakukan pada 200 kader yang berada di 25 posyandu di Kabupaten Purworejo dan dipilih menggunakan simple random sampling. Jenis penelitian menggunakan analitik observasional menggunakan teknik potong lintang. Variabel bebas adalah usia dan insentif. Variabel terikat adalah kinerja kader. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Pengolahan data menggunakan uji chi-square dengan aplikasi SPSS versi 21. Hasil penelitian menunjukan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan usia terhadap kinerja kader dengan kemungkinan berkinerja baik 3.35 kali. Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan mendapatkan insentif terhadap kinerja kader dengan kemungkinan berkinerja baik 2.09 kali.
