Air Susu Ibu merupakan makanan yang paling baik untuk bayi yang langsung di produksi dari payudara ibu. Mengkonsumsi Daun Kelakai dapat meningkatkan produksi ASI dan kadar hemoglobin pada ibu menyusui.Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh konsumsi puding daun kelakai terhadap peningkatan produksi ASI dan kadar hemoglobin pada ibu menyusui di Wilayah Kerja UPT. Puskesmas Besiq. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian quasi eksperimen dengan desain penelitian time series one group pretest-posttest design, dilakukan pada bulan April 2022. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah ibu menyusui sebanyak 20 orang. Penentuan sampel menggunakan Total sampling. Uji statistik yang digunakan adalah Paired t test, apabila diperoleh t hitung (nilai pvalue) < 0,05, maka hipotesis Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Volume ASI sebelum perlakuan sebagian besar 50-100 ml (80,0%), volume ASI setelah perlakuan mengalami peningkatan sejak hari 1 hingga hari ke 7. Pada hari ke-7 volume ASI >100 ml (30,0%), sebagian besar 50-100 ml (70,0%). Kadar hemoglobin sebelum perlakuan sebagian besar (65,0%). Kadar hemoglobin setelah perlakuan sebagian besar normal (95,0%). Terdapat peningkatan Volume ASI pada ibu menyusui sebelum dan sesudah diberikan puding Daun Kelakai pada hari ke-7 (pValue = 0,00). Terdapat peningkatan kadar hemoglobin pada ibu menyusui sebelum dan sesudah diberikan puding Daun Kelakai pada hari ke-7 (pValue = 0,00). Kesimpulannya adalah Terdapat Pengaruh Konsumsi Puding Daun Kelakai terhadap Peningkatan Produksi ASI dan Kadar Hemoglobin pada Ibu Menyusui di Wilayah Kerja UPT Puskesmas Besiq.
Abstrak
Mother's milk is the best food for babies which is produced directly from the mother's breasts. Consuming kelakai leaves can increase breast milk production and hemoglobin levels in breastfeeding mothers. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of consuming kelakai leaf pudding on increasing breast milk production and hemoglobin levels in breastfeeding mothers in the UPT Working Area. Besiq Health Center. This type of research is aquasi-experimental research with a time series one group pretest-posttest design, conducted in April 2022. The population in this study was 20 breastfeeding mothers. Determination of the sample using total sampling. The statistical test used is the Paired t test, if the calculated t (pvalue) <0.05 is obtained, then the Ha hypothesis is accepted and Ho is rejected. The results of this study were that the volume of breast milk before treatment was mostly 50-100 ml (80.0%), the volume of breast milk after treatment increased from day 1 to day 7. On day 7 the volume of breast milk was >100 ml (30.0%), mostly 50-100 ml (70.0%). Hemoglobin levels before treatment were mostly (65.0%). Hemoglobin levels after treatment were mostly normal (95.0%). There was an increase in breast milk volume in breastfeeding mothers before and after being given Kelakai Leaf pudding on day 7 (pValue = 0.00). There was an increase in hemoglobin levels in breastfeeding mothers before and after being given Kelakai Leaf pudding on day 7 (pValue = 0.00). The conclusion is that there is an effect of consuming kelakai leaf pudding on increasing breast milk production and hemoglobin levels in breastfeeding mothers in the Besiq Health Center UPT working area.
