Stunting is a chronic nutritional problem that affects child growth. Education for pregnant women using the Maternal and Child Health (MCH) Book can be a preventive measure. Objective: To determine the effectiveness of stunting prevention education among pregnant women using the MCH Book at Wania Health Center. This study employed a descriptive case study with pre-post design involving two primigravida mothers in their first trimester who had not previously received information about stunting. Prior to education, the first respondent had poor knowledge, and the second had fair knowledge. After education, knowledge improved to fair (first respondent) and good (second respondent). Education using the MCH Book increasing pregnant women’s knowledge of stunting prevention.
