Analisis Sistem Informasi Penjualan kacamata pada Optik Lifa di Kabupaten Sumenep

Abstract

 Optik Lifa merupakan usaha yang mengkhususkan dalam menjual kacamata. Sistem informasi penjualan yang sedang berjalan saat ini masih bersifat manual sehingga masih banyak kendala-kendala yang terjadi seperti pencarian data penjualan kacamata dan transaksi penjualan kacamata masih menggunakan alat tulis, dan menghasilkan laporan berupa lembaran kertas, sehingga rentan hilangnya data atau rusak. Dari permasalahan tersebut maka diperlukan suatu sistem yang mencakup seluruh kegiatan dalam proses penjualan yang bertujuan untuk mempermudah pemilik dalam mengelola usaha dan bisnisnya menjadi lebih baik maka dibuat perancangan sistem dengan berbasis web. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi berorientasi objek atau disebut OOAD (Object Oriented Analysis and Design) serta metode pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan studi pustaka. Perancangan sistem informasi penjualan kacamata yang dirancang berbasis web ini menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP, menggunakan database MySQL, dan Adobe Dreamweaver sebagai tools, serta menggunakan pemodelan UML dengan 4 diagram perancangan yaitu use case diagram, activity diagram, sequence diagram, dan class diagram. Hasil dari penelitian ini pencarian data penjualan dan transaksi penjualan kacamata memiliki website dan sistem informasi penjualan ini menggunakan penyimpanan di dalam database, agar customer dan admin dapat mengelola dan melihat informasi penjualan pada Optik Lifa secara akurat, cepat, dan lengkap dengan tujuan untuk membantu mengurus hasil data penjualan kacamata menjadi lebih baik lagi, sehingga meningkatkan pendapatan penjualan.

 Lifa Optics is a business that specializes in selling glasses. The sales information system currently running is still manual so there are still many obstacles that occur, such as searching for eyeglass sales data and eyeglass sales transactions still using stationery, and producing reports in the form of sheets of paper, making them vulnerable to data loss or damage. From these problems, we need a system that covers all activities in the sales process which aims to make it easier for the owner to manage his business and his business for the better, so a web-based system design is made. This research uses an object-oriented methodology or called OOAD (Object Oriented Analysis and Design) and the data collection method uses observation, interviews and literature study. The design of this web-based eyewear sales information system uses the PHP programming language, uses a MySQL database, and Adobe Dreamweaver as tools, and uses UML modeling with 4 design diagrams, namely use case diagrams, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, and class diagrams. The results of this study search sales data and sales transactions for glasses, have a website and this sales information system uses storage in the database, so that customers and admins can manage and view sales information on Yonotrend Optics accurately, quickly, and completely with the aim of helping manage results. eyewear sales data is getting even better, thus increasing sales revenue.
