Perancangan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Pemilihan Guru Berprestasi Berbasis Web Menggunakan Metode Simple Additive Weighting (Studi Kasus Madrasah Ta’hiliyah Ibrahimy Sukorejo Situbondo)

Proses penentuan guru berprestasi di Madrasah Ta’hiliyah Ibrahimy Sukorejo Situbondo selama ini masih dijalankan secara manual dengan memanfaatkan dokumen tertulis dan lembar kerja terpisah. Pola kerja tersebut menyebabkan proses seleksi berjalan lambat, rawan kesalahan perhitungan, serta belum sepenuhnya mencerminkan prinsip transparansi dan objektivitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan berbasis web yang mampu membantu madrasah dalam menentukan guru berprestasi secara lebih sistematis melalui penerapan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW).
Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi terhadap proses seleksi yang berjalan, wawancara dengan pihak manajemen madrasah, serta telaah pustaka yang relevan. Pengembangan sistem mengacu pada tahapan System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) model waterfall yang mencakup perencanaan, analisis, perancangan, dan pengujian. Sistem yang dirancang mampu mengelola data guru, kriteria dan bobot penilaian, nilai evaluasi, serta menghasilkan peringkat guru secara otomatis berdasarkan perhitungan SAW.
Hasil perancangan menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu mendukung pengambilan keputusan secara lebih terstruktur dan konsisten. Otomatisasi proses perhitungan dan integrasi data penilaian dalam satu basis data terpusat diharapkan dapat mengurangi beban pekerjaan administrasi, menekan risiko kesalahan penghitungan, serta menyajikan informasi hasil seleksi secara jelas bagi pihak pengambil keputusan.

The process of selecting outstanding teachers at Madrasah Ta’hiliyah Ibrahimy Sukorejo Situbondo has so far been carried out manually using written documents and separate worksheets. This conventional approach causes the selection process to be time-consuming, prone to calculation errors, and not fully aligned with the principles of transparency and objectivity. Therefore, this study aims to design a web-based decision support system that can assist the madrasah in determining outstanding teachers in a more systematic manner through the application of the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method.
Data were collected through direct observation of the ongoing selection process, interviews with the management of the madrasah, and a review of relevant literature. The system was developed using the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with the waterfall model, which includes the stages of planning, analysis, design, and testing. The developed system is capable of managing teacher data, evaluation criteria and their respective weights, assessment scores, and automatically generating teacher rankings based on SAW calculations.
The results of the system development indicate that the proposed system is able to support the decision-making process in a more structured and consistent manner. The automation of calculations and the integration of assessment data into a centralized database are expected to reduce administrative workload, minimize the risk of calculation errors, and present the selection results clearly to decision-makers.
