Analisis Masalah Psikologis pada Ibu Hamil Selama Masa Pandemi Covid-19 : Literature Review

Abstract

Background: Mental health problems are increasingly recognized as the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, especially in pregnant women. The psychological problems that often arise are depression and anxiety. This is associated with an increased risk of preterm birth, postpartum depression and child care.
Objective: to analyze the psychological effects of pregnant women during the Covid-19 pandemic
Method: The method used in this paper is a literature review study. The databases used in the source search were CINAHL, PubMed, Science Direct, and Medline. The criteria for inclusion of searching for literature sources are the publication year of the articles used, starting from 2019 to 2020, in English, and in full article. The search keywords were maternal psychologic, psychological impact, SAR-CoV, pregnant psychology disturbance. Literature analysis using PICOT (Population, Intervention, Comparison, Outcome, and Time). Results: The total number of articles used for analysis was 6 out of 77 articles that met the inclusion criteria. Conclusion: Most of the psychological changes in pregnant women are in the form of anxiety and depression. This is related to threats to the health of pregnant women themselves, the health of their babies, not getting enough pregnancy care, and social isolation.

Abstrak
Latar Belakang : Masalah kesehatan mental semakin dikenal sebagai dampak dari pandemic Covid-19, terutama pada ibu hamil. Masalah psikologis yang sering muncul adalah depresi dan kecemasan. Hal ini terkait dengan peningkatan risiko kelahiran premature, depresi pasca persalinan dan perawatan anak. Tujuan : menganalisis pengaruh psikologis ibu hamil selama masa pandemic covid-19. Metode : Metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan ini adalah studi literature Review. Databased yang digunakan dalam pencarian sumber adalah CINAHL, PubMed, Science Direct, dan Medline. Kritera inklusi pencarian sumber literatur adalah tahun penerbitan artikel yang digunakan adalah dimulai pada tahun 2019 sampai dengan 2020, dalam bahasa Inggris, dan full article. Kata kunci pencarian yaitu maternal pshycologic, pshycologic impact, SAR-CoV, pregnant pshycology disturbance. Analisa literatur menggunakan PICOT (Population, Intervention, Comparison, Outcome, dan Time). Hasil : Total artikel yang digunakan untuk dianalisa sejumlah 6 dari 77 artikel yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi. Kesimpulan : Sebagian besar perubahan psikologis pada ibu hamil berupa kecemasan dan depresi. Hal ini terkait dengan ancaman terhadap mereka kesehatan ibu hamil itu sendiri, kesehatan bayi mereka, tidak mendapatkan perawatan kehamilan yang cukup, dan isolasi sosial.
