Anemia is a decrease in the capacity of the blood to carry oxygen due to the number of red blood cells that is less than normal or a decrease in the concentration of hemoglobin that can be caused by a decrease in erythrocyte production or a lot of blood loss. Date juice which is rich in iron can increase hemoglobin levels. In addition, date juice also contains protein, fiber, glucose, vitamins, biotin, niacin, folic acid, calcium, sodium and potassium. The results of a preliminary study in Pekanbaru City showed that the anemia rate at Puskesmas Rumbai was 35%. This figure is higher than other puskesmas in Pekanbaru City. knowing the difference in the effectiveness of giving Fe tablets along with date palm extract with Fe tablets alone in increasing HB levels for pregnant women in the working area of the Rumbai BPM Community Health Center Dince Safrina. Quacy experimental research design, this study used a two group pretest-posttest design in which this design measured hemoglobin levels before giving date palm extract (pretest) and reassessed after giving date palm extract (pretest). The results showed that there was an increase in the average hemoglobin level. The average hemoglobin level before being given date palm juice was 9.6 g%, while after being given date palm juice it increased to 10.6 g%. The average increase in hemoglobin levels of respondents after consuming date palm juice for 10 days was 1.5 g% the same as when consuming Fe tablets for 1 month. The average increase in hemoglobin levels of respondents after consuming date palm juice for 10 days was 1.5 g% the same as when consuming Fe tablets for 1 month. Hemoglobin levels can increase by 1 g% for 1 month if pregnant women consume Fe tablets regularly every day. Conclusion There is an effect of giving Fe tablets and date palm juice on the increase in hemoglobin levels in pregnant women. This is indicated by a significance value of 0.004 (p value <0.05).

Anemia adalah penurunan kapasitas darah dalam membawa oksigen karena jumlah sel darah merah yang kurang dari normal atau penurunan kosentrasi hemoglobin yang bida disebabkan karena penurunan produksi eritrosit atau kehilangan darah banyak. Sari buah kurma yang kaya akan zat besi dapat meningkatkan kadar hemoglobin. Selain itu, sari kurma juga mengandung protein, serat, glukosa, vitamin, biotin, niasin, asam folat, kalsium, sodium dan potasium. Hasil studi pendahuluan di Kota Pekanbaru menunjukkan bahwa angka anemia di Puskesmas Rumbai sebesar 35%. Angka ini lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan puskesmas lain yang ada di Kota Pekanbaru. mengetahui perbedaan efektifitas pemberian Tablet Fe beserta sari kurma dengan tablet Fe saja dalam peningkatan kadar HB Ibu hamil di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Rumbai BPM dince Safrina. Desain penelitian quacy eksperiment, penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan two group pretest-posttest design yang mana rancangan ini dilakukan pengukuran kadar hemoglobin sebelum pemberian sari kurma (pretest) dan dinilai kembali setelah pemberian sari kurma (pretest). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan rata-rata kadar hemoglobin. Rata-rata kadar hemoglobin sebelum diberikan sari kurma sebesar 9,6 gr% sedangkan sesudah diberi sari kurma meningkat menjadi 10,6 gr%. Rata-rata peningkatan kadar hemoglobin responden sesudah konsumsi sari kurma selama 10 hari sebesar 1,5 gr% sama dengan ketika mengkonsumsi tablet Fe selama 1 bulan. Kadar hemoglobin dapat meningkat 1 gr% selama 1 bulan jika ibu hamil mengkonsumsi tablet Fe secara rutin setiap hari. Kesimpulan Ada pengaruh pemberian tablet Fe dan sari kurma terhadap peningkatan kadar hemoglobin pada ibu hamil. Hal ini ditunjukkan oleh nilai signifikansi 0,004 (p value <0,05).References
