Frontier of Academic Management (FAM) is an international, peer-reviewed, open-access journal published by the Graduate Program in Educational Management at Ngudi Waluyo University. This journal is dedicated to publishing high-quality research, theoretical developments, and case studies in the fields of academic management and education. FAM covers interdisciplinary studies that span management models at all levels of education (from early childhood education to higher education), human resource management, financial planning, educational policy, and the integration of cutting-edge educational technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI).
