Early childhood is an individual who is undergoing a fundamental development process for his future life. At an early age, children will experience considerable physical and mental development and growth.At this age, children will respond and process various things they receive quickly. Therefore, various things that are received by children at an early age will become the basic foundation for their later life.According to Rizqie Aulina (Aulina, 2011), balanced nutrition must be applied since early childhood because this group includes an important age group and a critical group for human growth and development that will determine the future quality of human life.The method used in this research is by field observation in the form of eating clean activities, juxtaposing theory and interviews with health relations such as officers at the Tunas Jaya Posyandu. Furthermore, the results of the observations are presented in the form of a narrative which is compared with the theories from the experts.After every monthly check-up on all children and toddlers, Tunas Jaya Posyandu provides food/bento that implements eating clean activities, namely by providing food that has a complete and balanced nutritional portion. The results of observations at the Tunas Jaya Posyandu stated that a healthy life by eating healthy foods must also start from an early age. This can be done by eating clean activities in early childhood.

Anak usia dini merupakan individu yang sedang mengalami proses perkembangan yang fundamental bagi kehidupannya kelak. Pda tahapan usia dini, anak akan mengalami perkembangn dan pertumbuhan fisik serta mental yang cukup banyak. Pada usia ini pula anak akan merespons serta mengolah berbagai hal yang diterimanya dengan cepat. Oleh karena itu berbagai hal yang diterima oleh anak pada usia dini akan menjadi fondasi dasar bagi kehidupannya kelak. Menurut Rizqie Aulina (Aulina, 2011), gizi seimbang harus diterapkan sejak anak usia dini karena kelompok ini termasuk kelompok usia penting dan kelompok kritis tumbuh kembang manusia yang akan menentukan masa depan kualitas hidup manusia.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan cara observasi lapangan berupa kegiatan eating clean, menyandingkan antara teori dan wawancara pada relasi kesehatan seperti petugas di Posyandu Tunas Jaya. Selanjutnya, hasil observasi disajikan dalam bentuk narasi yang dibandingkan dengan teori dari para Ahli.Setiap pemeriksaan bulanan pada semua anak dan balita selesai Posyandu Tunas Jaya memberikan makanan/bento yang menerapkan kegiatan eating clean, yaitu dengan pemberian makanan yang memiliki porsi gizi lengkap dan seimbang. Hasil observasi ke Posyandu Tunas Jaya menyatakan bahwa hidup sehat dengan mengonsumsi makanan yang sehat pula harus dimulai dari sejak dini. Hal ini bisa dilakukan dengan kegiatan eating clean pada anak usia dini.Â
