Model Pembelajaran Blended Learning pada Masa Covid-19 di PAUD Adinda Kota Tebing Tinggi

This study aims to find out how the blended learning model during the COVID-19 period, to find out what teachers did in implementing the blended learning model during the COVID-19 period and to find out the obstacles faced by the teacher in implementing the blended learning model during the COVID-19 period. The location of this research was conducted at PAUD Adinda located on Jalan Tuanku Imam Bonjol Gg. Percontohan Lk. 1, Tambangan Hulu ward, Padang Hilir District, Tebing Tinggi City, North Sumatra. The time of the research was carried out from April to May 2021 in the 2020-2021 academic year. This research is a type of qualitative research using a descriptive approach. The subjects in this study were the principal, class teacher, and parents of students. In the process of collecting data, researchers used interviews, observation and documentation.
ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana model pembelajaran blended learning pada masa COVID-19, mengetahui apa saja yang dilakukan guru dalam pelaksanaan model pembelajaran blended learning pada masa COVID-19 serta untuk mengetahui kendala yang dihadapi guru dalam pelaksanaan model pembelajaran blended learning pada masa COVID-19. Lokasi penelitian ini dilakukan di PAUD Adinda terletak di Jalan Tuanku Imam Bonjol Gg. Percontohan Lk. 1, Kelurahan Tambangan Hulu, Kecamatan Padang Hilir, Kota Tebing Tinggi, Sumatera Utara. Waktu penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan April sampai Mei 2021 tahun pembelajaran 2020-2021. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini ialah kepala sekolah, guru kelas, dan orang tua siswa. Dalam Proses pengumpulan data peneliti menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi.
