PELATIHAN FASHIONPRENEURSHIP BERBASIS GREEN SUSTAINABILITY: PENGOLAHAN LIMBAH TEKSTIL DAN PENERAPAN AKUNTANSI KEUANGAN UNTUK KEMANDIRIAN WIRAUSAHA SISWA

Industri fashion merupakan salah satu sektor yang memberikan kontribusi terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi kreatif, namun di sisi lain menghasilkan limbah tekstil yang terus meningkat. Kondisi tersebut memerlukan upaya edukasi kepada generasi muda agar mampu mengelola limbah menjadi produk bernilai ekonomi melalui pendekatan kewirausahaan berkelanjutan. Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan kompetensi siswa dalam mengolah limbah tekstil menjadi produk fashion kreatif sekaligus membekali mereka dengan kemampuan pengelolaan keuangan usaha sederhana. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif melalui tahapan analisis kebutuhan, sosialisasi, pelatihan, praktik, pendampingan, dan evaluasi. Peserta memperoleh pelatihan mengenai konsep green sustainability, pengolahan limbah tekstil, penyusunan harga pokok produksi, penentuan harga jual, pencatatan transaksi, hingga penyusunan laporan keuangan sederhana. Pelaksanaan program menghasilkan peningkatan kompetensi peserta dalam mengolah limbah tekstil menjadi produk fesyen bernilai ekonomi serta meningkatkan kemampuan menyusun pembukuan usaha sederhana. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa integrasi pelatihan teknis dan literasi keuangan mampu memperkuat kesiapan berwirausaha siswa. Model pelatihan yang mengintegrasikan aspek kreativitas, keberlanjutan lingkungan, dan literasi keuangan berpotensi menjadi alternatif pembelajaran kewirausahaan pada pendidikan vokasi.
