Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine and explain the influence partially and jointly of the Training (X1), Motivation (X2) and Work Environment (X3) variables on the Employee Performance variable (Y). The population in this study was 125 employees of the Planet Ban Shop, Semarang City, taking a sample of 95 people determined using the Slovin formula with a significance of 5%. This type of research is a type of quantitative approach carried out using a questionnaire method. The sampling technique in this research is cluster random sampling. The analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression test, F-test, coefficient of determination and t-test.

Based on the research results, it shows that training and the work environment partially have a positive effect on employee performance, while motivation has a negative effect on employee performance. Together all the independent variables have an influence on the dependent variable
