Early childhood in their golden age has the potential to develop very well and develop very quickly. Providing good stimulation to children is something that must be done. At this age, children really like to play, so children's learning must also be done by playing. The development that is highly anticipated and hoped for is cognitive development. Cognitive development is generally stimulated by activities in the classroom which often make children bored. However, in Kartini Kindergarten, children are invited to play smart post to stimulate their cognitive abilities. Smart post is a game consisting of 4 posts where at each post the child will be challenged to do a task. This research discusses the learning process, obstacles in improving AUD's cognitive abilities through the smart pos game at Kartini Kindergarten, the impact of improving the cognitive abilities of early childhood through the smart pos game at Kartini Kindergarten. This research uses qualitative research. Data collection methods are non-participant observation, structured interviews, document study and literature study. The collected data was analyzed using a qualitative descriptive analysis method with stages of reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this research are that the AUD learning process through the smart post game at Kartini Kindergarten is carried out in three stages, namely the planning or preparation stage, the implementation stage or core stage and the closing stage. Learning to improve the cognitive abilities of young children through the smart post game at Kartini Kindergarten has positive and negative impacts.

Anak usia dini pada masa keemasannya mempunyai potensi untuk berkembang dengan sangat baik dan berkembang dengan sangat cepat. Memberikan stimulasi yang baik pada anak merupakan hal yang wajib dilakukan. Pada usia ini anak sangat suka bermain, sehingga pembelajaran anak juga harus dilakukan dengan bermain. Perkembangan yang sangat dinantikan dan diharapkan yaitu perkembangan kognitif. Perkembangan kognitif umumnya distimulasi dengan kegiatan didalam kelas yang sering membuat anak bosan. Namun jauh berbeda di TK Kartini anak diajak untuk bermain pos pintar untuk menstimulasi kemampuan kognitifnya. Pos pintar adalah suatu permainan yang terdiri dari 4 pos yang mana disetiap pos anak akan ditantang untuk mengerjakan suatu tugas. Penelitian ini membahas tentang proses pembelajaran, hambatan dalam meningkatkan kemampuan kognitif AUD melalui permainan pos pintar di TK Kartini dampak meningkatkan kemampuan kognitif anak usia dini melalui permainan pos pintar di TK Kartini. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data adalah observasi non partisipan, wawancara terstruktur, studi dokumen dan studi literatur. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif kualitatif dengan tahapan reduksi, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu proses pembelajaran AUD melalui permainan pos pintar di TK Kartini dilakukan dengan tiga tahap yaitu tahap perencanaan atau persiapan, tahap pelaksanaan atau tahap inti dan tahap penutup. Pembelajaran meningkatkan kemampuan kognitif anak usia dini melalui permainan pos pintar di TK Kartini memiliki dampak positif dan negatif. Hambatan-hambatan dalam proses meningkatkan kemampuan kognitif anak usia dini melalui permainan pos pintar di TK Kartini yaitu lapangan yang becek ketika musim hujan dan kurangnya jumlah guru yang memandu.
