Pola Komunikasi Pendidik dan Anak Usia Dini dalam Pembelajaran PAUD di Tasikmalaya

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendapatkan informasi mengenai pola komunikasi antara pendidik dengan peserta didik dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar di Lembaga PAUD di kota Tasikmalaya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan datanya yaitu observasi, wawancara dan studi kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pola komunikasi pendidik dan anak usia dini didalam pembelajaran PAUD di Tasikmalaya menggunakan pola komunikasi dua arah dan pola komunikasi banyak arah. Penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa pola komunikasi pendidik dan anak usia dini dalam pembelajaran cukup baik. Sedangkan respons anak bervariatif, kesibukan anak dengan aktivitasnya sendiri menjadi sebuah hambatan bagi pendidik. Pendidik menyikapi respons anak begitu baik dengan menggunakan strategi diskusi dengan anak dengan tetap menghargai anak ketika anak memberikan informasi.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to obtain information about the pattern of communication between educators and students in teaching and learning activities at PAUD institutions in the city of Tasikmalaya. This research is a descriptive qualitative research with data collection techniques namely observation, interviews and literature study. The results showed that the communication pattern of educators and early childhood in PAUD learning in Tasikmalaya used two-way communication patterns and multiple-way communication patterns. The research conducted shows that the communication pattern of educators and early childhood in learning is quite good. While children's responses varied, children's busyness with their own activities became an obstacle for educators. Educators respond to children's responses very well by using discussion strategies with children while respecting children when children provide information.
